Skyjack was obtained by Linamar Corporation, LNR on the TSX during August 2002. Linamar is recognized for being a leading manufacturer of modules, assemblies and precision-machined components. Linamar's solid balance sheet provides Skyjack with long-term stability and increased strength overall. Skyjack presently has production plants within Hungary, the United States and Santa Clarita with support offices in Asia and Europe.
