Training
Forklift training is normally completed on the job. Training will normally cover control and safety training, which could be completed in a variety of ways. These can include lectures, testing and videos. A performance test will also be done on the forklift. When the tests have been successfully completed, a license could be issued. This license needs to be renewed based on shop procedures and according to provincial and state laws.
